The easiest TRS Yucatan excursion to fit into a resort week is a private yacht or catamaran trip from Puerto Aventuras Marina, about 10 to 15 minutes up the highway from the Kantenah complex. It's your group and a crew, with an open bar, snorkel gear and food included, from $1,050 for the whole boat.

TRS Yucatan is the adults-only resort inside the Palladium complex at Kantenah, which it shares with the Grand Palladium resorts. That means the same short trip to the marina works for everyone staying there, from couples at TRS to families at the Grand Palladium. This guide covers the private boat trips you can do, 2026 prices, upgrades worth adding and how to get to the boat.

Good to know: the resort's own excursion desk is a great place to browse tours, and lots of guests love the trips it offers. If you'd rather have a boat to yourselves for a few hours, the private yachts and catamarans leave from Puerto Aventuras Marina, the closest full service marina to the complex.

Why a private boat is one of the best TRS Yucatan excursions

A week at TRS is about the pools, the beach and the spa, so the best excursions are the ones that feel just as easy. A private boat checks that box:

Close by

The marina is a short taxi ride north, so a 3 or 4 hour trip leaves plenty of the day for the resort.

Private, start to finish

No strangers and no fixed group schedule. Your playlist, your pace, your stops.

All inclusive on the water

Welcome drinks, a full open bar, guacamole and chips, towels, snorkel gear and a music system come with every trip.
